#Mentiras Week — Personal Brand Campaign

I launched #Mentiras Week on LinkedIn — a series of daily posts challenging the most repeated "truths" in Customer Success:

- "The customer is always right" — Lie. The customer has context. - "CS is the retention department" — Lie. CS is the value operating system. - "NPS predicts churn" — Lie. NPS measures popularity, not loyalty.

The campaign generated 50,000+ impressions, hundreds of comments, and connections with CX leaders from companies like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk. But most importantly: it proved that original thinking has more impact than generic content.
